1. Booking & Payment
Full payment confirms your reservation. Rates are subject to change and apply to the confirmed booking only. Specials, discounts or promotions cannot be applied retroactively.
2. Cancellation Policy
We do not offer cash refunds. If you are unable to make your original booking dates, you may reschedule within 14 days of your original booking date, subject to availability. If your new dates fall within a higher rate period, the rate difference will apply. Rescheduled bookings must be used within 3 months and can only be moved once.
3. Pet Policy
Well-behaved dogs and cats are welcome, with prior approval. Pets must be tick and flea free upon arrival. Maximum of 2 pets per booking. R150 non-refundable cleaning fee applies per stay. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Please bring their own beds. 1 water bowl is provided. Please bring your own food bowl(s). Pet bowls must remain outside the van to maintain hygiene.
4. General House Rules
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No smoking inside the vans. No parties or unregistered guests allowed. Any damages caused will be charged accordingly.
5. Liability
Guests enter and stay at Gypsy Vans Weskus at their own risk. The owners and staff are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or accident during your stay. Please supervise children and pets at all times.
6. Damages & Additional Charges
Guests are liable for any loss or damage to the property, its contents, or amenities caused during their stay. This includes but is not limited to: broken furniture, stained bedding, damage from pets, misuse of appliances, or excessive cleaning required beyond normal use. Gypsy Vans Weskus reserves the right to charge the guest's card or request reimbursement for the cost of repair, replacement, or extra cleaning. A detailed invoice will be provided for any deductions or claims.
